It still a work in progress as we are converting an FPS engine in to a Tank Sim. Doing lots of play testing at the moment and it reminds me of PE but with 3d troops and and upto a 9km view range with 3d trees!!! bridges etc. This promises...

I am trying to get 2 coworkers involved in PE MP. I brought in my PE disk and intalled it on my work CPU XP OS along with the patch and PP2. I started PE and it runs in what seems like the time compression mode you get when hitting tab playing offline. I can not get it to slow down. Has anyone encountered this? I have played it at home on XP for years with no problems. I tried reinstalling it both with and without the patch multiple times with no success. Has anyone delt with...

"Civil war"

Because we were only 3 players, we just now played a seldom played kind of MP, a so called "civil war" ( ), each against each. Hans used German tanks, Solomo US tanks and I chose Russian tanks. We used the Argentan map.
It was a funny game, therefore we played it more than 1 hour.

It seems, PE MP isn't dead. Yesterday night my time we - ST, Hans , Solomo and me - played about 3 hours PE MP, the normandy map St. Lambert and the Italian map Anzio.
As always it was a very exciting, but nevertheless also relaxing playing - many thanks to the other 3 players.

During a short break between the two maps Vase stopped in for a short saying hello. He just came from TvT MP, but his words about it didn't sound very satisfied - even just the opposite. There...

Russian Smoke Problems

Problem:
When playing multi-player as the Russian I fire Artillery (Smoke) and everything works except we don't hear or see any smoke. I have called it down on top of my position and nothing...If I am playing against the computer, single player, Every thing works fine. In the multi-player game the German artillery works fine...Also I restarted a multi-player game and took the German side and the artillery worked fine for the German but the Russian player could not get the...

Hans, I can't avoid to write this topic, because I feel a little bit angry about you.
We were only 3 players tonight, we did some chatting during waiting for a maybe 4th player, but no 4th player joined.
Then we did an agreement for a so called "German civil war", that means a game with 3 Axis players, everyone against everyone.
I left the PEDG chat, I changed the Argentan map for such a game - that needed some work and some time - and I set it up.
But only...
